Wedding of Adelīna and Uģis
Although the wedding season is the busiest in summer, this wedding really showed me the magic of autumn weddings.
I`m nervous literally before any shoot… but knowing that you will need to shoot another photographer (and on their wedding day?) – I can`t even start to explain the level of nervousness. I knew Adelīna from the time we were studying, and I feel very honoured that she, together with Uģis, decided to trust me to capture their wedding day!
Although my wedding season is the busiest in summer, this wedding really showed me the magic of autumn weddings. We were incredibly lucky – the peak of autumn that year was in October and we were able to capture and include it all beautifully in their wedding story.
Morning started very calmly – getting ready with cheesecakes and pies on the side. Emotions and tears during the ceremony; laughter, sandwiches and vodka in the Soviet Secret bunker; and in the end – photoshoot, speeches and dancing in the beautiful surroundings of Ungurmuiža manor (there are so many beautiful details)!
